Have gone through hell trying to get my phone number reactivated. So far five phone calls, 20 minute wait time each call. Ive been misled, lied to and am still denied access to my account which is valid with minutes, data and texts still on it.
I started yesterday, 24 hours later still nothing, no call backs, nothing. Shamefully bad service.
Wanted help trying to order an item online; all they wanted me to do was create an account with them - which I don’t wish to do; would rather do one offs.
No help whatsoever.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not order online with them. I wrote them 2 weeks ago about getting a defective soundbar from them and they still have not handled it. I've sent them 10 emails so far and they dont even bother to reply.
