I've had both auto and contents insurance from State for a number of years. Yes, there are lengthy waits when calling in, but there aren't many options. Wait if it's significant! And in just five minutes of our conversation, it was approved and sent to Noel Leeming. An hour later, I bought a phone. Excellent overall experience.
