Absolutely disgraceful service by Spotlight NZ. I am still waiting for the bulk of my order. I cannot get any answers from customer services as to why my delivery was sent to Tauranga when I'm in Auckland. I queried this a week ago and still no answers. This cannot all be put down to covid as I have received one part of my order which consisted of one blind when I ordered another 5. I cannot use this without the other blinds. This is very frustrating and worrying. I need answers!

I recently had a terrible experience with spotlight. I ordered some fabric from the website, it came and was fine. At the same time I also ordered some other fabric which according t the website was low stock, so I ordered the one that was available . When my fabric arrived only first fabric arrived, I rang customer line to ask for exchange with another fabric, was informed the website makes no guarantees, I was unable to have the fabric from the local store which I had checked was available. That I would be given a refund. Meanwhile no refund yet and I cannot reorder products I want to get as they have my money. Very bad customer service, very unreliable. Only get one star because i got first fabric.
