Bought a snooker cue on 24/12/2021 with a screw cue tip that was provided for me from behind the counter as people had been stealing them.
After 3 plays the tip came of the screw fitting so I went back to the Whangarei store to get another and was told that they could not sell the proper one to me as they went with a new cue purchase. After speaking to the manager, she apologised and said that the tips came with the new cues and they did not sell the correct tip for my cue which is a 10 mm, yet they sell the 11 mm tip.
This is a complete farce and should be addressed soon before there are more complaints.
What is the purpose of selling cues that have no replacement tips?
However, I must say that the manager was very helpful even though she was not able to resolve the matter!
