I have numerous times messaged for a return on a item that I purchased which came back the wrong color, the item I purchased specifically described that I ordered the color grey for my sons high chair yet I recieved a purple chair, I messaged so many times to have my item returned as the description of the item was inaccurate but I recieved no response in the time frame that it says they will respond and has been days past since I have contacted them. I have had no problems odering with nz sale until now!!!
