NZ courier sent my parcel to the wrong address then told me I would have to pay to have it picked up and redirected to my correct address. The address they sent it to was nothing like my address. They also changed my area on the parcel from riverhead to grey lynn . One phone operator was helpful the other was offensive. Clearly my full correct address was on the parcel.
