We get automated responses that don't address the problem with the poorest download speeds we've ever encountered in the mornings. I presume everyone is checking emails I imagine but 1.8 Mbps is ridiculous. clearly, oversubscribing. We're considering changing provider after years as a customer with no incentive to continue.
