Terrible service customer help. I had no idea ehat i was ment to be getting in the timber section i had already paid for the product.
Nobody coukd help me i asked 4 different staff members for help not one was helpful or even interested in helping i had to drive in and out twice of yhe drive through
In the end it was another customer who hrloed me find what i needed to get.
Definitely will never return so unhelpful.

I brought a toilet jet spray from here but it was leaking and i went back straight away to return but the customer service person suggested me to take some attachments and then it will work but when i try putting it was still leaking. So i decided to return it back as product was faulty.



Then i went back to return the product and told them about the issue and then the lady standing over there name 'Di' started shouting to me and was very very rude and started to throw the things and said it will not be refunded as it has been used and she cannot resale it but how can she resale if the product is Faulty. She was behaving Racist to me and my wife and it was very humiliating and more over she did only half refund. This also i got because of a gentleman stand behind us was listening to all the conversation happening between us.



I was shocked to see the behaviour of the Staff in such a big company.
