Prior to a recent sale at North West. table place mats (the ones I liked) were £10 each.. on the day of the sale the self same mats were reduced by 40% Woo Hoo.. But alas the mats had gone up from£10 to £15 each... So not impressed with your SALE
Ridiculous service, waited 2 hrs to speak with someone about my order that I've waited over a week (click &collect) for them to just hang up on me! I'm just appalled by this service. Yet I still can't refund my order cause she hung up on me! How is this loyal customer service. Absolutely appalled how I have been treated today! I have no words! Dontt even want to give a star cause it's not worth it! But I have to otherwise I can submit my review so stupid!
Purchased an electrical item. It was faulty. Took it back. Replacement order. A month later they advised replacement coming from another store. Now 5 months later they ring and tell me that there are none in stock. Really poor service.
