Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because there was a time when they used to be a good place. The staff was rude and uncooperative after I tried to find out why they made a clear mistake. (Eastgate Mall shop specifically)
I have purchased items from 2 shops in CHCH 1st at the palms in CHCH and 2nd Langdon's road CHCH and on both occassion the service I got from the 2 ladies can only be described as up there with the best in the world take a bow postie plus
Terrible customer service. Was told I would receive a refund for an item i ordered online but was no longer in stock. I waited for the refund but it never appeared in my bank account, and when I contacted them yet again and queried this I was told to take it up with my bank. I am now out of pocket and will never shop with them again.
