I went to cavendish store to buy a wiper. I said one of their staff that I will pay first before you putting on but they said I can pay later before putting. So later on I wanted to pay so I used my brother Uber account so they said I can’t used my brother Uber account for discount. Even I called to call centre to confirm so they said it’s not like that. Even I asked Uber policy in store but they don’t have. So one of my wiper rubber was tear off in the bottom but it was working but when they put on new wiper so their staff tore off all after that I said I don’t need new wiper if I can’t use my brother Uber account for discount and put my old one so I said I need my wiper same as before but staff is so rude and they don’t know how to talk with customer. His name is Ash. I will recommend to everyone don’t go to Supercheap auto. Manager has gone on break that time. Even I said I will complain because it’s raining start and now got a few scratch on my windscreen. Shit service and experience I have got today..
I am not impressed at all as i have ordered brake pads and a pod filter. I had gotten a heavy duty plastic garage creeper instead. I did not want this at all and have been trying to contact customer service but to no avail. Please do a better job at checking which package you are sending out to people..
